Section 1: The Dark Side Philosophy

The Discipline of the “Dark Side”: My Hard 4 and Hard 6 triggers.

In my “Third Act, “ I apply the same precision I used in the mines and the clinical settings to the craps table. I don’t follow the crowd to the “Right Side” of the table. One of the biggest misconceptions about my “dark side” approach is that I am betting against the shooter. I AM NOT. I am betting against the 10.

I don’t just walk up and throw $500 on the table against the 10. My system requires a “waiting Room” period where we observe the table’s frequency. We are looking for the right conditions to Lay the 10.

Step 1: The initial observation

We identify the “temperature” of the session. We look at the very first significant or come out roll.

** Is it even? we move to the Scenario 1 Checklist

** Is it odd? we move to the Scenario 2 Checklist

Step 2: The Entry Trigger (The Green Light)

We do not place a sigle chip until the “Hard Way” signals our entry. This is the ultimate test of your discipline.

** If scenario 1 (Even): wait for Hard 4 (2-2)

** If scenario 2 (Odd): wait for Hard 6 (3-3)

Step 3: The Core Position (The math of the Dark Side)

Once the trigger hits we execute then Core Strategy. We aren’t betting aganst the person rolling the dice, we are betting against the probability of the 10 appearing.

** Primary Bet: Lay 10 for $500. (We are the “House” betting that a 7 shows up before the 10)

** The Hedge: Place 6 & 8 for $60 each.

** The logic; While we wait for the 7 to collect our profit for the $500 bet. The 6 & 8 provide consistent “mid-range” incom, being the next highest probable outcomes after a 7.

The Management Phase: Navigating the Outcomes

After the core position is established (Lay 10 for $500, place 6 & 8 for $60 each), we monitor the table for 3 specific outcomes. Each one dictates our next move.

Outcome A: The 6 & 8 Hits (The income Stream)

** The Math: Statistically, the 6&8 are the most likely number to roll after a 7.

** The result: You collect $70 profit every time a 6 or 8 rolls. Keep the bets up and just keep on collecting.

Outcome B: The 7 hits

** The Math: The 7 is the most probable number combination of the dice

** The result: Your Lay 10 wins $250 (less 5% commission). The 6 & 8 place bets loses.

The Continuation: Reset to step 1

Outcome C:The 10 Hits (The tactical Loss)

**The Math: This is a low probability event, but it happens

**The Result: The lay 10 ($500) is lost.

The continuation (The Recovery Bet): Tactical Patience

This where discipline is tested. We do not “double up” in anger. Most gamblers will chase the loss immediately but we prioritize the stability of the bankroll. If 10 hits, we immediately exit the table for that specific shooter.

** The logic: we do not believe in “revenge shooting”. If a shooter has proven it can hit the 10, we will wait until the next shooter’s turn and avoid the risk of losing to the same shooter twice.

The Re-entry: Reset to step 1

The Pilory: Scaling for Success;

Once 7 hits 3 times (confirming the table’s regression to the mean), we scale our strategy. We start doubling our Lay 10 bet to $1,000 and our place 6 & 8 bets to $120. We wait for the next shooter repeat the process until it’s time you decide your session is over.
